Return Policy

We accept returns in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. We will not accept any items that look used or worn- this is up to our discretion. All jewelry and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit or refund. All items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged if they are on sale or purchased with a discount code. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred returning the item. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase. If you use a return label we send, we'll deduct $9 return shipping fee from your refund (domestic orders only). Store Pick-Up Policy 
Orders purchased online for in-store pick-up should be ready by the next business day.  You will receive an email when your order is ready so you know when to come in.  Please come in to pick-up your order within 21 calendar days of email notification.  If your order is not picked up within this time, your refund will be store credit issued via email and the items will be restocked.  Please note, that time period for returns/exchanges differs slightly and will only be accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of notification that your order was ready for pick-up.  Please contact us if you have any questions or problems picking up your order.
